N Anand, better known by name Bussy Anand is a politician and the General Secretary of Thalapathy Vijay’s Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam party. He is a huge fan of Thalapathy Vijay and served as honorary president of the Puducherry State Vijay Fan Club Association before becoming president. Anand earned the name Bussy after successfully contesting the constituency in the 2006 Puducherry legislative assembly elections. He rose to prominence after taking control of the All India Vijay Fan Club. His address at TVK’s inaugural conference (Manadu) has gone popular on social media.
